downpipe being made tomorrow..
wastegate dump is already made... just need to cut a hole in the lip (it will be exiting out the drivers side thru the lip)

ignore the tack weld from the turbine to the cast manifold.. we got tired of holding that heavy son of a bitch.

the cast manifold will eventually be replaced once its all running.. it will be swapped out for an aftermarket unit.. more flowing obviously.. but first i want to make some supports for the turbo.. to aid in not cracking the shotty aftermarket pieces.. unless i get my hands on a DC sports top piece or something..

P.S the pics of it running were when it had the DSM Manifold and evo3 16g with 20g wheel 20psi was fun.. but obviously we want more..

same as aero.. use an internal wastegate to actuate it..

but ill be using a EBC solenoid and Crome (honda software) to be able to mess with duty cycle and psi arrangement

should be fun..

AERO CHIME IN!! this holset didnt come with the bull nose fitting...


btw... which port is the oil feed.. there are two ports on top.?

one sits directly parallel with the shaft(im assuming this is the oil feed)

and theres one right next to it..that looks to also be for oil..????

You've got it right. The one inline with the shaft is the oil feed. The other 2 threaded fittings are coolant passages.

RenoVado: you're going to have to do what everyone else does. Take that big sumbitch turbo down to the hardware store and find the one that fits.

Did you ever get this going? Sorry I missed that post about the oil feeds, I hope you found your answer. Have been on dialup since may for the most part. Really limits my access.
